Laura Bailey

Laura Bailey is a London based model, writer, photographer and contributing editor at British Vogue as well as the mother of two teens. Alongside her modelling and performance work in front of the camera, Laura’s talents as a photographer have seen her work published in Vogue internationally, the FT, Violet Book and Lula amongst commercial and editorial projects.  Both a muse and a mentor, she is a brand ambassador to the House of Chanel and combines her  dedicated philanthropic work with Save  The Children and local charities  with a diverse creative portfolio . An iconic presence within the fashion industry, Laura’s creative endeavors crisscross the worlds of art and fashion, film and sport, travel  and philanthropy. Both a muse and a mentor, Laura embodies the art of fashion in style and with passion. 

"It’s an honour to collaborate with Ilio Smeraldo - a company whose passions and ethics align with my own. I  wanted  to create the perfect ankle boot which I will wear this autumn/ winter and beyond.  So London, so 70s, but versatile and chic with my favourite denim or tailoring or a vintage dress. Pattie Boyd and Grace Jones on my moodboard, the  olive green platform ankle boot is my shoe of the season. A percentage of profits will go to support the work of Fondazione Fiorenzo Fratini - an organisation dedicated to improving the emotional and economic lives of the most vulnerable women and girls."
