Italy

Shipments are made via GLS, UPS, Bartolini, DHL & others.

Standard Home Delivery has a cost of €7,90.

We will deliver your purchase within 15 to 30 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Every purchase made on iliosmeraldo.myshopify.com brings in attachment an invoice with the value of every single item in Euro. For discount items, the invoice shows the discounted amount. 

International Shipping 

International Shipments are made via FedEx or others.

We will deliver your purchase within 15 to 30 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Shipment costs will be calculated at checkout. 

Europe

We will deliver your purchase within 15 to 30 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Russia

We will deliver your purchase within 15 to 30  working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer. Customs procedures might also determine delays; if this situation occurs, the delay is not attributable to iliosmeraldo.myshopify.com.  

 

Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

How to return 
To start a return, please contact us indicating your order number, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that all return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. You will manage the pick-up through your courier of choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Responsibility for the return is yours; please remember to ask for proof of postage when returning the package through your preferred courier.

We don't support for custom taxes when client send package back for the return/ refund.


Damages and issues
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
